Upper Lochlane is divided into three thoughtfully considered zones, each designed to serve a different purpose. Two dark timber framed barns — the living quarters and the sleeping quarters — are united by the winter garden atrium at the centre.
The property is entirely on one level and suitable for wheelchair access. Guests have exclusive use throughout.

Living Quarters
The west wing houses the main living spaces, all arranged around a central kitchen island that invites gathering. High ceilings and full-height windows draw in the Perthshire landscape, while warm materials and considered lighting create a space that works for both lively evenings and quiet mornings.

Winter Garden
The heart of the barn — a dramatic space that connects the two wings and opens directly onto the garden.
Designed for all seasons, the winter garden is equally suited to summer breakfast in the sun or candlelit evenings sheltered from a Scottish squall. The bi-fold doors open fully to the landscape, removing the boundary between inside and out.

The Sleeping Quarters
Four large double bedrooms — two in each wing — are designed with the same care given to the rest of the property. Light-filled and quiet, each room opens to views of the surrounding countryside.
Each wing has its own Japanese-style bathroom suite with deep soaking bath and rainfall shower. Towels, bathrobes and essentials provided.
